All purpose flour- 2 tbp

Corn flour- 2 tbp

Dry red chili- 5-7 pieces

Black paper powder- 1 tbp

Chopped ginger and garlic- 2 tbp

Honey- 1 tbp

Red chili sauce- 1 tbp

Soy sauce- 1 tbp

Salt- 1/2 tsp

Chopped spring onions- 1 cup

Sugar- 1/2 tbp

Vinegar- 1/2 tbp

Green spring onions- 1/2 cup
